Tried the Japanese curry ramen. Quite good. Staff were super friendly and it's nice to eat ramen in their well lit seating area with the Waterworks vibe around you. Would definitely come back to try the other ramens.

I had the Special Musoshin Ramen (Ajitama) because it had everything in it. 4 pcs chashu, 2 pcs beef tenderloin that was so flavourful, 2 pcs karate (fried chicken pieces) and 2 pcs seaweed. All for $27.50. It was worth it. Excellent ramen, with an intense deep umami flavour that makes you want more. The noodles are just right, chewy and springy. I didn’t get any headaches or feel thirsty after eating the ramen which means either they didn’t have any MSG or had very little. I also had their pork Tonkatsu as a side dish. It was juicy and flavourful and the size was enough to fill me.

Not sure why the ratings are so low, Ive had their whole menu and its very good, very rich broth, flavours are great. I think people who are grabbing the food to-go are experiencing a different perspective on presentation and serving size . The serving sizes are fine for me. The prices look reflective of waterworks as well as most dishes are between $12-$25 in that food court

Love it! The ramen is very well balanced in flavor and came with good thick slices of meat. This location seemed slightly more expensive than the other one, I guess the rent is more costly here? But the environment at Waterworks is great, the kids cab freely run around after the meal. They torched the chicken and pork belly which added more complexity to the taste, and goes pretty well with the ramen. The noodles are al dente and chewy, love the overall texture. Broth is hearty, it left our boys screaming for more. There is hardly any service because the staff are all kitchen staff, but it is ok before we are at a food court. I thought we would be eating off the proper bowl, but ended up getting disposable which kind of feels weird.

Have been wanting to try Musoshin for a while now but their location is quite out of the way on the west end. Was really glad to see them be featured in this food hall. The waterworks special ramen features some additions of kaarage and beef. Their charshu is very smokey and flavourful, some of the best I’ve had. Broth was a rich tonkatsu base and noodles were quite good. I can see why this place is highly regarded.

We came for a late lunch @ Waterworks, so it wasn’t busy at all. Love the food hall, but this ramen spot was alright! I’ve been wanting to check them out in Roncy, but this is closer. For it being on the Michelin guide (?) or maybe just the Roncy location, I thought it was just okay - nothing mind blowing. I thought it was quite pricey compared to other spots that serve cheaper and more flavourful broths/bowls, but I’m still willing to give it another chance at the other location.

I ordered special musoshin ramen which had many different proteins. Pork belly had a nice char, soft boiled egg was decent, but the chicken karage and tenderloin was amazingly tender and flavourful. Ramen was good and the soup had a deep flavour to it without being too salty. The soup was a thicker and viscous than regular ramen. It was quite pricey ($27.50) for a food-court like dining experience. The table had stain and you need to use takeout wooden chopstick and small plastic spoon.

Best ramen I have ever had, from someone who is usually not the biggest fan. The price was a bit much but so worth it. The chicken karaage on top was 10/10.
